Comfort of the patient is our concern. We include relaxation from the very first moment of arrival. Select from our special Comfort Menu: heated blanket, an iPad with the playlist of your choice, noise-cancelling headphones, an aromatherapy neck pillow (hot or cold), aromatherapy eye mask, warm aromatherapy towel—and oral conscious sedation for deeper relaxation. One visit, and you will realize why the patients say they feel in better hands.
Comprehensive
The first consultation is about evaluation of the general oral health of the patient. Throughout this process, some aspects will be:
- A full examination
- A gentle cleaning session
- Digital x-rays without any pain, if required
Beyond these time checks, time is left to have a discussion about your concerns; about what you prefer, and about what you wish your smile to become. By the time you leave this appointment, you will be clear: You will have a personalised treatment plan with recommendations assigned to you and a clear explanation of your options.
Insurance-friendly
We believe in being transparent. Our team will go through a free benefits check with you before any treatment so you get the full picture of what your insurance will cover. We are in-network for many major dental insurance plans and happy to file claims for out-of-network plans to facilitate your reimbursements. No surprises. No hidden fees.
