You’re always welcome to contact us directly here in Englewood, CO.
What Happens During My First Visit?
First, you’ll be warmly greeted at the door by our administrative team. After we’ve confirmed that all of your paperwork is completed and in order, one of our assistants will arrive with a special gift with you and then take you on a thorough tour of our beautiful practice. Then, it will be time to sit down in the treatment room and discuss your reasons for visiting. Hygiene will be provided as needed before one of our dentists arrives to perform an examination and recommend any services they deem necessary. Finally, you’ll return to the front office for treatment planning, payment, and future scheduling of appointments. Above all else, we strive to make this process as smooth and comfortable as possible.
New Patient Forms
In order to save time in our waiting room, new patients can complete all of the necessary paperwork beforehand by using our convenient online forms below. Just download them, print them out, write in all of your information, and plan to bring them with you to the practice.
